In the U.S. alone, nearly 3 in 4 adults fall into those categories. Sedentary lifestyles now account for an estimated 5 million premature deaths every year — all preventable through consistent movement, better nutrition, and mindful living.
Lion Spirit Fitness is my holistic approach to reversing that trend. I combine functional outdoor training, corrective exercise, and plant-based nutrition rooted in the power of nature’s elements — earth, air, fire, and water. Each session is designed to restore balance, strengthen the body, and realign you with your environment.
What I Offer

Remote Coaching — customized programs, video guidance, and live check-ins wherever you are in the world.
Nutrition Coaching — plant-forward meal plans emphasizing superfoods, Irish moss, herbal detox blends, and sustainable daily habits.
Corrective & Functional Exercise — improve posture, mobility, and long-term performance using movement-based assessments.
